I believe that in order to connect with others we must first deeply connect to our Self. Yoga and its transformative nature can assist us in realising our potential, improve our wellbeing and embrace our true nature.
To me, the practice of yoga is simply the practice of skilful action in present moment awareness, and that’s what you’ll practice with me in my classes. In coming to my classes or courses in the heart of Norwich, I will share with you a holistic yoga practice of functional and joyful physicality, mindfulness in motion, breathing techniques and meditation. You will learn the fundamental tools that yoga offers us to live a more easeful life in body and mind and embrace life’s ups and downs to find more peace and calm within our most centred Self.
